Microsoft Surface tables (diffuse illumination using infrared light) were designed for indoor use, such as casinos. What potential problem for the touch recognition would you expect when using the table in a brightly lit environment, e.g. in direct sunlight? (3 credits)
Bonus question: Let’s assume we can rely on always having direct sunlight. Any crazy idea for how to modify the software in the table to make it work again? What other things would the table have to keep track off to make this work?
